Return to Work
One-to-one support for employees returning after injury or extended absence
Returning to work following an injury, surgery, or a prolonged absence is rarely straightforward. Without appropriate support, the risk of re-injury, relapse, or difficulties readjusting increases — both for the employee and the organisation.
Workplace Physiocare’s Return to Work service provides targeted one-to-one guidance from a qualified Occupational Health Physiotherapist. Our aim is to facilitate a safe, functional, and sustainable reintegration into the workplace. This approach is based on understanding the employee’s current functional capacity, the specific demands of their role, and any physical or psychological factors that may affect their recovery.

Practical advice for the employee regarding recovery, ergonomics, and daily activity management
Recommendations to the employer, including any potential adjustments to duties, working hours, or equipment
